Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pacetti Technologies LLC (“Pacetti Tech,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our web hosting, website design, and related services (the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form, never as plain text.
  • Service Requests: When you request a service, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in, and any project details you share.
  • Orders and Billing: We keep records of what you order, your billing frequency, your order and payment history, and the IP address used when an order is placed.
  • Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe and, once available, PayPal. Your full card details are entered directly with the payment processor and are not stored on our servers. We keep a reference to your payment account and limited card details, such as the card brand and last four digits, to show your payment history.
  • Your Content: The website files, content, and data you provide for hosting or design.
  • Usage Information: When you visit our website, we and our analytics provider automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the site that referred you.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and support the Services, including hosting and building your website.
  • To respond to service requests and communicate with you, including confirmations, receipts, and service notices by email.
  • To process payments and manage your account and subscriptions.
  • To monitor the performance and availability of the Services and the websites we host.
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it.
  • To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential Cookies: To keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and route your visit to the right server.
  • Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand how visitors use our website. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site, such as signing in, from working.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run the Services:

  • Payment Processors: Stripe and, once available, PayPal, to process payments. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
  • Analytics Provider: Google Analytics, to measure how our website is used.
  • Website Resources: Our website loads icons from Font Awesome, which receives your IP address and browser information when the icons load.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
  • Business Transfers: If our business is sold or merged, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Websites We Host

When we host or build a website for you, we store and process that website’s content, and any data it collects, on your behalf. You are responsible for your website’s own privacy practices and for informing your visitors about them. We also monitor the availability of the websites we host.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After that, we keep it only as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can update your account information, or ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, by contacting us. We may need to keep certain information to meet legal obligations.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date.
